Visitors who do not own an airport ID card or an entry authorization for the CCS need to register their visit here. Immediately after your registration, you will receive an e-mail with the booking confirmation and a QR code. You can then enter during the registered time slot using automatic license plate recognition. You will also receive a QR code that you can scan at the gate if your license plate is not recognized correctly.

The personal data you provide here will be recorded by Fraport AG for the purpose of checking access authorization for CargoCity Süd; it will be stored from the time of registration until your entry to CargoCity Süd, after which it will be stored for a period of 12 months and 7 days and subsequently erased. Further supplementary information on the processing of your personal data as well as your rights to information, rectification, access, restriction and erasure pursuant to Article 15(f) GDPR vis-a-vis Fraport AG in this regard can be found at privacy-statement.fraport.com (in English) and at datenschutz.fraport.de (in German).
